Guests of Retreat Spa and Salon receiving spa services must be 16 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. To schedule your appointment please call 706-364-8292.  Our hours are Monday, Friday and Saturday 9AM until 5PM and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9AM until 7PM.

Due to limited space and for the relaxation of our guests, please bring children only on their scheduled appointment dates.
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Discounts will not be given for abbreviated services in the event of a late arrival.

We request that spa packages be confirmed with either a credit card or a gift certificate number. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Inside of 24 hours, a charge of 50% of scheduled services will be assessed. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services and/ or packages. We request that groups give a 5 day notice of changes or cancellations.

Robes and sandals are provided for your comfort. The degree to which you undress is left to your disretion. Your privacy and modesty will be protected at all times. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. In order to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off and not used in the spa or waiting room areas.

Spa gift certificates are available to purchase for any occasion. Whether for an anniversary, birthday, holiday, congratulatory, or thank you gift, what better way to say you care than with a gift from Retreat Spa and Salon. In addition to the areas finest spa and salon services, we are pleased to offer the best in beauty and spa products, as well as gift items. Gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone. Individual hair stylist may offer their own gift certificates as well.
Gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in your service, gift certificate or package pricing.
